2026 Enneagram for the Modern World Cohort

with Billy and Joey Schewee

The Enneagram for the Modern World Cohort, led by Joey and Billy Schewee, is a great option for individuals who are interested in taking the historic fundamental cornerstones of the Enneagram and viewing them through a modern lens.

Cohort members will learn through whole-group teaching, small-group forums, and panel discussions designed to help with self-reflection, awareness, and retention of the Enneagram. Oh, we’re going to have some fun, too.

What to expect: Participants in the EMW Cohort will meet at LTM’s ministry center, the Micah Center, in Dallas, Texas for four weekends in 2026. Cohort sessions will focus on fully understanding and embracing each of the nine Enneagram types through the lens of access to our three native intelligence centers; how to employ Enneagram knowledge at work; the role Enneagram plays in education; practical applications of the Enneagram in personal relationships; and an overall objective approach to employing the Enneagram in daily life.

What Joey brings: Through her corporate consulting practice, WE (Working Enneagram) Solutions, Joey has developed practical applications of this powerful tool for professional environments. Joey’s book When Working Together Doesn’t Work: An Enneagram Guide to Productive Relationships with Coworkers, is being published by InterVarsity Press and will hit bookshelves in March.

What Billy brings: Billy has taken his Enneagram knowledge and combined it with his 20+ years in education to produce training for educators. He earned his Doctor of Education degree choosing to focus his dissertation on knowledge of the Enneagram possessed by teachers and the effects it has on their teaching, professional performance, and overall school culture.

What Joey and Billy bring: Tapping into their 28 years of Enneagram knowledge, Joey and Billy (@enneagramparents) mindfully apply Enneagram to their daily lives. They have done extensive work to help parents navigate marriage and parenting through the lens of the Enneagram.
