Background
The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing system that identifies Nine Personality Types, and how these Personality Types are expressed individually and in relationship to others. Unlike Marston’s DiSC™ Assessment or the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™, the Enneagram acts as a unique tool for understanding and explaining human behavior, and the underlying motivations that drive behavior. In the Enneagram Corporate Coaching Program, instructor Suzanne Stabile introduces the Nine Types: Perfectionist, Giver, Performer, Romantic, Observer, Devil’s Advocate, Epicure, Boss, and Mediator. Each Personality Type is reviewed in detail, including an evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the Types, and likely interpersonal challenges that result from unhealthy expressions of the Types. The LTM Corporate Coaching Program focuses on the application of Enneagram knowledge to specific workplace scenarios and/or problems, communication strategies and techniques, and organizational systems assessment.
